Last Sunday, an organic fertilizer powder production line was shipped to Paraguay.
The organic fertilizer powder production line is mainly used to produce powdered organic fertilizer. Its core equipment and work process are different from those of the granular production line (granulation, drying and other links are usually omitted).
The following is a detailed introduction to the equipment composition and work process:
一、 Main equipment components of organic fertilizer powder line
1. Pretreatment equipment
Crusher: used to crush large pieces of raw materials (such as straw, livestock and poultry manure, etc.) to ensure uniform raw materials.
Mixer: Mix different raw materials (manure, straw, bacterial agents, etc.) in proportion to improve fermentation efficiency.
2. Fermentation equipment
Compost turner/trough turner: Promote aerobic fermentation and accelerate decomposition by regularly turning the materials.
Fermentation tank/fermentation pool: Provide a controllable fermentation environment (temperature, humidity, ventilation).
3. Crushing and screening equipment
Semi-wet material crusher: Finely crush the fermented materials to avoid agglomeration.
Drum screen/vibrating screen: Screen out large particles or impurities that are not fully decomposed to ensure that the fineness of the finished product meets the standard.

Dust collector: to control dust pollution in the crushing and screening links.
二、 Organic fertilizer powder line workflow
1. Raw material pretreatment
Crushing: The raw materials are crushed by a crusher to a particle size of ≤5cm.
Mixing: Mix manure and auxiliary materials (such as straw, bacterial agent) at a carbon-nitrogen ratio (C/N) of 25~30:1.
2. Aerobic fermentation
Stacking fermentation: Stack the mixture into strips, turn it regularly (once every 2~3 days) through a compost turner, control the temperature at 55~70℃ for 15~30 days, and kill pathogens and weed seeds.
Determination of maturity: The material is dark brown, odorless, and loose, which means it is mature.
3. Crushing and screening
Fine crushing: The decomposed materials are crushed to 80~100 mesh by a semi-wet material crusher.
Screening: The coarse particles that do not meet the standards are removed by a vibrating screen (they can be returned for re-crushing).
4. Finished product packaging
Measuring and bagging: The powder is packaged in a quantitative manner (such as 25kg/bag) by an automatic packaging machine and transported to the warehouse for storage.
三、Key equipment features
1. Compost turner
Type: crawler/trough type, suitable for different fermentation scales.
Function: turning the compost and aerating at the same time, accelerating water evaporation and organic matter decomposition.
2. Semi-wet material crusher
Advantages: suitable for materials with moisture content ≤30%, anti-stick knife design to avoid clogging.
3. Automatic packaging machine
Accuracy: weighing error ≤0.2%, supporting various packaging forms such as woven bags and film bags.
四、Environmental protection and efficiency optimization
Energy-saving design: The fermentation process uses solar energy or waste heat recovery system to reduce energy consumption.
Automation control: The PLC system monitors the fermentation temperature and humidity in real time to improve stability.
Environmental protection: Equipped with biological filter or spray tower to treat waste gas, in line with environmental emission standards.
Through the coordinated work of the above equipment, the organic fertilizer powder line can achieve efficient and environmentally friendly continuous production, and the finished product is suitable for base fertilizer, soil improvement and other fields. If the cost needs to be further reduced, the screening or packaging process (such as manual packaging) can be simplified, but the efficiency and labor costs need to be weighed.
